About the role:

 

Type: Full Time Salaried

Compensation: $122K - $183K, plus 30% target incentive plan

Location: Fully Remote, must be in the United States

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

 

The Senior Client Success Director develops relationships with larger and more complex clients to increase revenue. This role pursues relationships with potential new lines of business, identifies business opportunities to upsell products and services to current businesses, and drives retention and growth among client portfolio by understanding their unique business needs and helping them succeed. Additionally, this role has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs, maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal, and advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback.  The Client Success Director is also responsible for building, maintaining and communicating accounts plans across their internal cross-functional account team.  At the Client Success Director level, work is highly independent, may assume a team lead role for the group, and serves as a specialist on complex client matters.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implements short- and long-term strategies for building client relationships, generating new business, and driving revenue growth.
  • Establishes and maintains strong client relationships through regular contact, including both face-to-face and virtual meetings, telephone, and email communication.
  • Identifies and pursues opportunities for Matrix to deliver additional value to clients through service area expansion or service offering expansion.
  • Develops and sets business objectives and targets based on client expectations.
  • Establishes strategic and operational metrics and monitoring processes that reflect the status and health of client programs and relationships.
  • Leads cross-functional efforts to develop targeted action plans to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Leads interactions with the most strategic accounts and fosters relationships at all levels of both organizations including executive-level interactions
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to suggest product or service improvements responsive to client feedback and industry trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.
