Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Process Optimization We are seeking a Process Optimization Specialist with a proven ability to use data-driven insights to drive tangible process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a track record of analyzing complex workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing scalable solutions.
Success in this role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of balancing data-driven decision-making with qualitative process evaluations. You will be responsible for mapping processes, diagnosing inefficiencies, and implementing targeted improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and review existing processes, complementing quantitative data analysis with qualitative insights to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business leads to optimize workflows and remove obstacles.
• Develop and implement scalable frameworks for process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field .
• 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or business process transformation.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Experience with business process modeling, process engineering, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query), PowerPoint, and Visio.
