Title and Summary

Manager, Products and Solutions Overview:
The Product Manager, Corporate Solutions, India is part of the Corporate Solutions team in Asia Pacific. The individual will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of Mastercard's Commercial Large Market product portfolio. The individual will be responsible for the developing and executing the market strategy, product roadmap, solutioning for new integrated solutions, managing technical conversations with customers and analysis and reporting on Commercial Products performance.
This role will be accountable for the driving transaction volume and profitable revenue growth, actively collaborating with internal teams across Mastercard, locally, regionally and globally, as well as external parties – issuing customers, merchants, strategic partners and fintechs – to build unique commercial value propositions.
Specifically, this role will require the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate leadership, use influencing skills and innovative approaches to product development, underpinned by strong analytical and technical capabilities.

Role Responsibility:
• Drive product strategy and execution for the commercial payments segment in alignment with the regional and global product strategy.
• Responsible for managing new product go-to-market and existing product growth using structured product management methodologies and direct engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Enhance knowledge for internal and external stakeholders by communicating the commercial value proposition, developing and communicating product benchmarks, competitive analyses, best practices and generating profitability analyses and business cases.
• Work with the Account and Sales teams to build customer pitches and presentations.
• Work with customers to develop bespoke solutions using Mastercard's existing product assets to solve for customer's business problems.
• Work and partner across Account Managers, Sales, Product Delivery, Implementation, Product Support, Legal, Marketing and Compliance and other teams to deliver solutions & support go to market plans for commercial products
• Monitor the landscape of competitive products and industry trends, understanding their implications for Mastercard and adjust the strategy and execution of the strategy and associated workstreams
• Support Account Managers with analytical outcomes and plans to reduce costs and improve revenue at a product and issuer level.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships and cooperation with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver on our business targets
• Support in managing the lifecycle of existing partnerships and benefits
• Regular Reporting and analysis of portfolio data with insights for portfolio optimization and growth opportunities
• Effectively communicate the launch of new products, services & platforms and/or enhancements to internal stakeholders and external customers through bulletin announcements, briefing sessions, PR, customer pitches, etc

All About You:
• Strong product development, business acumen and management skills.
• Technical understanding of virtual card products, Smart Data, Central Travel Accounts and other commercial card products.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relevant industry verticals, such as commercial payments, cards, financial services, institutional banking etc.
• Understanding of account receivables, account payables, expense management systems, reconciliation, ERP systems etc. preferred
• Ability to think creatively and curate bespoke solutions for customers leveraging existing product capabilities and recommending new flows based on the customer requirement.
• Sound technical skills, with the ability to have deep dive discussions on integrations, API's, data and systems architecture to support new product/solution go-to-market and implementation conversations
• Strong team player with good communication and presentation skills
• Strong research, analytical and technical skills
• Self-motivated and able to operate within a cross-functional team environment
• Good at coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Skilled at management reporting and gathering insights from granular data in order to influence decision making
