Title and Summary

Manager, Product Development Overview
The Manager Product Development in TRO will facilitate the CAO AI Operations as a key contributor to the organization's AI initiatives. This role involves managing the AI use case backlog, handling strategic communications like GTM strategies and AI Guild multimedia, and coordinating AI live-events. They also generate performance metrics via Enterprise and CAO dashboards and support AI pilot projects' development and scaling. This specialist fosters a collaborative AI environment by motivating the team, recognizing strong performance, and promoting best practices and knowledge sharing to address risks and enhance AI capabilities.

The Role

Managing AI Operations by overseeing the implementation of AI use cases and communications:
• Manages the backlog of AI use cases, facilitating prioritization and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
• Handles communications including best practice go-to-market (GTM) strategies, AI Guild multimedia, and other related content to promote AI initiatives
• Coordinates AI live-events, ensuring seamless execution and engagement from stakeholders
• Reports on Enterprise and CAO dashboards and KPI tracking across AI technologies to provide insights and performance metrics
• Supports AI pilot projects, facilitating their development, implementation, and scale-up
Supporting a collaborative and innovative AI environment:
• Creates a motivating work environment that recognizes, holds team members accountable, and rewards strong performance
• Promotes the development and sharing of best practices and knowledge to build on the organization's AI capabilities and address risks and priorities proactively
• Coordinates closely with leaders to drive alignment and dependencies between different AI priorities and projects

• Results-proven track record of managing AI operations and exceeding goals; ability to make good decisions through a combination of analysis, experience, and judgment
• Demonstrated ability to balance the delivery of programs against the realities of a budget; problem solving, project management, and creative resourcefulness
• Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate future consequences and trends, and incorporate them into the organizational plan
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect on an individual level and in large groups
• Commitment to ethical, accountable, and transparent leadership
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in a business context, with a continuous curiosity to learn and explore emerging trends
• Comfort presenting to various layers of leadership
• Passion for technology, with a strong desire to innovate and drive technological advancements within the organization
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work or education-related experience
