Title and Summary

Manager, Consumer Marketing The North America integrated marketing and communications group support deliver financial and franchise goals for the company, as well as continue to grow the value of the brand by creating and strengthening Mastercard's competitive differentiation leading to stakeholder preference, adoption and loyalty.
In this group Consumer Marketing plays a critical role leading our Priceless brand campaigns and platforms, developing and executing innovative, end-to-end consumer marketing programs.
This role will work closely with the insights, media, digital and communications teams, leveraging and building our brand equity and assets to drive consumer engagement, building preference for Mastercard.

US Consumer Marketing Manager Role

The US Consumer Marketing team is looking for a dynamic and passionate Manager with a drive to reach consumers in authentic, innovative, and purpose-driven ways. Reporting directly to the Vice President of US Consumer Marketing, this Manager will be pivotal in leading Priceless Brand campaigns and platforms, while driving innovation across new and emerging channels. As part of a top 10 brand in the US, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver on key US brand KPIs and support the development of end-to-end, integrated marketing programs that encompass paid, earned, and owned media.

This role demands a forward-thinking leader with a passion for breakthrough creative concepts and a first-to-market mindset. You'll thrive on identifying intersections where customers and partners can collaborate to add value and differentiate their business with Mastercard. Innovation is at the heart of our culture, and the Manager will spearhead initiatives that push the brand into new channels, ensuring we stay relevant and authentic. Your input will help ensure that our programs and consumer engagements are best-in-class, cutting-edge, and fully integrated.



Role Responsibilities:

Support the development of campaign strategy and communication across all channels, relentlessly pursuing innovative ways to deliver exceptional brand experiences.

Utilize insights and analytics to create marketing programs that address segment needs and foster consumer affection and loyalty.

Help drive brand preference through culturally relevant, differentiated marketing initiatives that boost new product awareness, adoption, and engagement across diverse consumer segments.

Architect comprehensive campaign and communications plans across earned, owned, and paid channels, including creative design, media planning, promotions, and budget oversight.

Collaborate closely with teams across B2B Marketing, Sponsorships, Media, Communications, and Marketing Strategy—both locally and globally.

Support program management to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery, project reporting, stakeholder engagement, and efficient project operations. Includes coordination with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Optimize performance management by defining measurement frameworks, conducting KPI assessments, and tracking ROI for ongoing improvement.

Lead cross-functional matrix teams and agencies to meet campaign goals and ensure effective performance appraisal processes.

Help maintain strong alignment with business stakeholders, communicating with sales and product teams, and coordinating with internal marketing teams to achieve partnership goals with Issuers and Merchants.

Skilled in leading both internal and external agency teams to develop impactful advertising campaigns.

Lead the creation of the teams NAM weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing communication highlights

Agile, creative, and solution-oriented with a start-up mindset.

Experience in performance management, with expertise in setting success metrics, analyzing results, and driving continuous improvement.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
