Title and Summary

Director, Workplace Experience We are looking for a Director, Workplace Experience, to support the strategic design and delivery of the workplace experience roadmap for our Angel Lane – London location.

Role/Responsibilities

• Spearheads and supports the delivery of workplace experience strategy at local site, executing a variety of curated programs.

• Demonstrate experience in leveraging technology as an enabler to our site strategy and plans to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the strategic initiatives. Regularly analyze data to make data driven decisions and adjustments.

• Event management: including town halls, hackathons, community engagements/social impact events (in partnership with Mastercard Cares Committee), site celebrations and other “moments that matter” events.
• Create enablement plug& play materials and documentation to support successful delivery of programs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Partner with our key stakeholders Real Estate, Employee Digital Experience, community & culture groups such as Employee Resource Groups, Mastercard Cares, in support of delivering on our site plans.
• Partner with global and regional peers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritize process improvement activities.

About You:

Required

• Proven project management and organizational skills that enable you to turn big ideas into organized action plans with tactics, dependencies, and timelines. You will enjoy running large and small-scale projects, while being resourceful, staying within budget, and detail oriented to ensure exceptional executions.
• A track record of educating and mobilizing employee champions/committees.
• Proficient and proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust, influence others to achieved desired results, and work inclusively and effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Experience successfully managing third-party vendors, contracts, and budget management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to create dynamic presentations.
• Need to be flexible and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
