The Manager role is responsible for Managing Consulting Products Operations globally.
Responsibilities in this role include:
• Products Strategic Planning to drive expansion
• Market benchmarking to bring insights to drive growth and differentiation
• Consulting awareness (internal and external)
• Best Practices Portal management
• Stakeholders' engagement

Role
• Engage multiple stakeholders to keep growing share
• Ability to develop executive content to senior leadership
• Create a Center of Excellence in Consulting to increase scalability and configured offers
• Coordinate initiatives to improve efficiency and competitiveness aligned to Global Product Leads priorities
• Execute strategy

• Demonstrated ability to take accountability and drive results with autonomy, initiative and excellence
• Customer focused, with strong communication skills and sense of urgency
• Innovative mindset to continue evolving our product suite and drive future success
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Experience in supporting senior management
• Analytical skills and experience in executive communication
• Experience in internal and external communication
• Experience in people management and at least 3 years as manager
