Title and Summary
BizOps Engineer II The MPS BizOps team is looking for an Engineer who can help us solve problems, build our solutions and support Mastercard in BizOps automation and best practices.- Are you a born problem solver who loves to figure out how something works?
- Are you a CI/CD geek who loves all things automation?
- Do you have a low tolerance for manual work and look to automate everything you can?
Business Operations is leading the DevOps transformation at Mastercard through our tooling and by being an advocate for change & standards throughout the development, quality, release, and product organizations. We need team members with an appetite for change and pushing the boundaries of what can be done with automation. Experience in working across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs and to build relationships is a must.
Deploy core releases to Production and lower environments
Tier II / Tier III customer /system support.
Develop system automation.
Continuous application architecture and performance evaluations.
Lead highly visible complex initiative and projects.
Apply technical capabilities within own discipline to coach and develop junior employees.
Perform technical analysis of complex software, hardware using various diagnostic tools in support of efficient network operations.
Perform on-site engineering for escalated issues.
You will be challenged in a very dynamic work environment.
Work in a very collaborative team environment.
Must be motivated to stay on cutting edge of technology.
Able to perform on-call duties on a rotational basis.
