Overview
Mastercard is looking for a Program Manager in Tel Aviv office, with the skill set to work in a cross-functional team environment and to support and optimize R&D teams to deliver the best quality products on time and according to Dynamic Yield's high standards that our customers expect from our products. As a Program Manager, you will be taking an active role in planning, execution facilitation and communication across the entire company.
Role
We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to temporary join our Program team based in Israel - Replacement for Maternity Leave.
Lead software project life cycles, supervise timelines, track milestones, deliveries, and escalations.
Take an active part in the planning process, creating visibility and clarity for the entire organization (from team level to senior management).
Support, educate, and guide R&D teams in all Agile routines.
Communicate risks and mitigation plans to external stakeholders.
Generate “buy-in” from relevant stakeholders, engage in effective discussions, and provide real answers and solutions.
Ensure flawless execution across multiple engineering teams, continuously identify roadblocks, and help resolve them.
Jira admin work: support Jira adjustments to best fit our processes – a plus.
All About You:
Knowledge and understanding of program management methodologies (Kanban, Agile).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a proactive and can-do attitude, as well as a positive mindset.
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and dive into the details of complex projects.
Program/Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
Jira Admin experience – a plus.
Technical program/project management experience in the IT industry – a plus.
High proficiency in English.
