Description
Cooley Dickinson Health Care, a western Massachusetts affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital, is currently seeking a BC/BE orthopedic surgeon to join our well-established, experienced team. Our ideal candidate will be fellowship trained in hip and knee replacement surgery or have at least five years of dedicated practice in this field.

Our group's specialties include Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery, Hand Surgery, Foot and Ankle Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, and Arthroscopic Joint Preservation Surgery. We also have a non-surgical sports medicine Physiatrist on-site. All surgeons in the practice share equally in taking general orthopedic call, presently 1:5.
Our newly expanded, state-of-the-art office facility in West Hatfield, MA offers onsite radiology, physical & occupational therapy, and a wellness and sports performance center. Our group is composed of 5 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and supported by 5 APPs. We also offer outpatient access in the towns of Amherst and Greenfield.
The operating room and primary post-operative unit in our hospital are in the newest wing, featuring large OR's with modern and up-to-date technology. We currently average 50o – 700 primary and revision joint replacements per year, with intention to expand. We follow the most current best practices and aim to care for our hip and knee replacement patients in a consistent and collaborative manner.

The candidate should be BC/BE and preferably actively licensed in Massachusetts.
