Certification Details
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, and possibly others depending on the unit specifics
• AHA Certifications are mentioned, potentially mandatory for certain units such as Endoscopy/GI, ICU, PACU, etc.

Job Details
• 13 weeks contract length
• 40 hours per week, 4x10-hour days 0700-1730 and 4x8-hour NIGHTS 1530-2330
• May work 1-2 weeks of PMs or Nights per 4-6 week schedule
• When working PMs or Nights will work 8-hour shifts 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
• 1 weekend of call per 4-6 weeks
• 1 holiday per year
• Call required: 1-2 nights per week
• Able to circulate General/GYN/Urology/PV cases: bowel resection, laparoscopic, daVinci Xi cases, peripheral vascular, bariatrics, c-sections, lap appy & chole
• Hit list requirement for short notice call openings & Grey Case List

Job Requirements
• Required: BLS, ACLS(AHA only)

Schedule Information
• 4x10-hour days or 4x8-hour nights

• 1 weekend of call per 4-6 weeks

Additional Details
• Current Driver's License or Government issued photo ID required
• State License Verification required within 30 days of start. Must include date/time stamp of when completed. WI CNA license is required. No waivers or out of state licenses accepted
