    Additional Details
  • We have had 3 R2 Night RNs give notice over the last 2 weeks. 1 to become a Travel nurse, 2 relocating to be closer to family
  • With these new resignations, R2 has 11 Nights positions. Night positions total 903 FTE.
  • Additionally, we have 2.7 FTE Hired into with new grads that have passed their NCLEX.
  • We have an additional 0.9 FTE Nights new grad who did not pass boards and will not retake until August 1.
  • We have a 0.9 FTE new grad nurse hired into Nights starting 9/5/24.
  • We have 2 new grads projected to start 10/7 (1 .9 Night FTE and 1, .6 day FTE).
  • So adding these new grads into our FTEs that brings us up to 13.8 for Nights and 1.8 FTE for Days.
  • We have 3 Travel RNs leaving in July... 7/6, 8 and 20.
