Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
M3 Executive Search is proud to represent an integrated health care system and medical school in Massachusetts in its national search for their Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
This Chief role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with leadership experience within Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine to further develop the team and bring vision for continued future growth within clinical, research, and education missions.
Highlights include:
- Lead large 5 hospital system, with combined division including both Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- Strong pulmonary rehab program
- 20 FTE faculty in division
- Academic mission includes two residency programs, current NIH trials, and population health research
- Established endowed fund within the division
- Attractive financial package including compensation, comprehensive benefits, retirement, etc.
- Ability to have 40% protected time for administrative efforts
The desired candidate must be a Pulmonologist with strong clinical skills and be recognized within Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, or both areas. As a leader, they must demonstrate the ability to influence and manage with high emotional intelligence and collaboration.
