Home Health Clinical Manager for island of Kaua`i. Ideal candidate is open to converting to perm. 26-week contract preferred but open to shorter/longer booking. Monday through Friday, 0800-1630. Must have adult Home Health experience, including OASIS documentation. Minimum 3 years' Home Health leadership experience REQUIRED, 5+ preferred.
