- Call Requirements: Yes; not a specific number of days/weekends but it is distributed evenly throughout staff RN and CVT
- Weekends: On-call team emergent cases

- Dress Code: Scrub Color - Royal blue or black
- Awards/Recognition: 2 facility STS, biggest structural volume in El Paso. 50 TAVRS, Great outcomes, very low PCI mortality
- Additional information that might entice a worker: New equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options
