Job Title: Warehouse Records Clerk
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Mableton, GA 30126
Duration: 4-6 weeks (with a potential of hire)
Pay Rate: $16.00hr
 
Record Center Specialist/Warehouse Records Clerk
 
Position Summary:
As a Record Center Specialist/Warehouse Records Clerk, you'll work in a warehouse environment managing physical file boxes, records, and tapes. This includes receiving and fulfilling orders, moving materials, scanning inventory, and supporting daily logistics operations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Process and scan incoming and outgoing work orders; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Retrieve and store files, containers, and tapes within required timeframes
• Load and unload company vehicles as needed
• Maintain racking organization, order tracking systems, and accurate paperwork
• Inspect and maintain scanners, warehouse vehicles, and other equipment
• Follow safety protocols and report any issues or concerns
• Participate in audits, client record reviews, and disaster recovery initiatives

 
Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1–2 years in a warehouse or service-related industry
• Skills:
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Forklift operation experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing 20–50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Comfortable operating standard warehouse equipment
