Warehouse Associate- Fords, NJ- Temp to Hire
Our valued client located in Fords, NJ is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate/FL Operator to join their growing team for a Temp to Hire position.
Pay Rate/Hours: $20/hr, with a schedule of M-F; 9am – 530pm
*Overtime is mandatory and can extend your shift hours and may be requested on weekends and/or holidays
Location: Fords, NJ 08863
Key responsibilities include receiving, stocking, and repackaging products, loading and securing items for transport, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized space.
What You'll Do:

Receive, stock, and repackage products for distribution
-
Prepare orders, load/unload delivery trucks, and secure loads based on manifests

Operate forklifts and other equipment for warehouse needs

Perform tank readings, customer pick-ups, LTL shipments.

Restock warehouse/driver supplies.

Loads, fills and labels drums, kegs, pails and other containers from bulk according to assignment in an efficient and accurate manner.
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
-
Basic math skills and a strong attention to detail
-
Ability to work with minimal supervision and pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
-
CDL license is a plus!
