Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order fulfillment. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Neenah, WI
- Pay Rate: $18.50/Hour
- Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Load and unload finished and unfinished products, both manually and mechanically.
- Label products upon receipt and re-palletize and warehouse accordingly.
- Pick and package components, samples, literature, and displays per customer specifications.
- Utilize paperwork to track receiving and shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Count, label, stack, and package components for timely order fulfillment.
- Operate labeling machines and conduct quality checks on products.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area, adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and support as needed.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and climbing ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with warehouse operations and equipment (forklift certification preferred).
- Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing work assignments.
