Treasury Analyst
Location: Holland, MI
Pay Rate: $28-30/hour
Contract: Temporary to Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Review vendors' bank account information in our internal systems (TRMS/VARS) for U.S. affiliates and ensure all vendor data is complete and consistent.
  • Review and approve documents submitted by vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements.
  • Actively manage the process to prevent delays in payment processing.
  • Track and manage the payment schedule for all vendors and provide accurate account registration information to payment processing members.
  • Monitor the payment timeline and coordinate with vendors and internal team to ensure payments are made on time.
  • Review vendor submissions for any discrepancies or errors.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with vendors and internal teams to correct any issues discovered in the registration or documentation process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor account information and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other internal teams as needed to resolve discrepancies or issues.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with vendors to ensure corrections are made promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
  • Perform other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent, relevant experience
  • Familiarity with vendor registration or financial data is a plus.
  • Ability to identify errors or issues in documentation and vendor information and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Experience in managing payment schedules or accounts payable is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) or similar tools.
