Target pay rate: $53+ DOE
Work Schedule – 40 hours weekly on-site
Year+ contract

What's a typical day as a Trade Compliance Specialist You'll be:

  • Gathering, uploading, and verifying US exports data.
  • Ensuring proper records retention.
  • Coding invoices related to exports.
  • Handling export valuation tasks.
  • Monitoring and managing the shared mailbox, responding to and delegating emails as necessary.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have prior experience in trade compliance, specifically US imports/exports. 
  • US Custom Broker License certified.
  • Possess expertise in MS Office to include Access.
  • Are familiar with Tableau (preferred) and Alteryx.
  • Have experience in liaising with Customs/Excise officers and other third parties.
  • Can verify shipping documents for endorsement and prepare cover letters.
  • Are knowledgeable about trade regulations.
  • Can actualize voyages and initiate freight payment/billing.
  • Have experience in reconciling billing invoices and resolving discrepancies.
  • Are skilled in troubleshooting system issues and identifying optimization opportunities.
