Shipping&Receiving/Warehouse Associate
Location: Ware, MA
Compensation: $20/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
Position: Shipping&Receiving/Warehouse Associate
Responsibilities:

• Safeguard customer products to maintain quality.
• Accurate picking, staging, loading, unloading, stacking, and relocating of customer products.
• Perform quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision.
• Interact professionally with employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Work effectively as a team contributor and independently when necessary.
• Accurately pull and stage shipping orders, adhering to all customer instructions.
• Accurately relocate products to ensure correct location and maximize space.
• Ensure customer products are in quality condition at all times.
• Unload and stock materials, accurately recording quantities and descriptions.
• Complete daily equipment inspections, maintaining cleanliness and proper working order.
• Use all necessary equipment to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain facility cleanliness inside and out.
• Correctly interpret and follow packaging instructions using correct supplies and labels.
• Ensure all labels are correct, neat, legible, upright, and parallel to the box or bag.
• Place correct weight on packages, check package conditions, and store properly.
• Ensure products being transferred are free of contaminants.
• Communicate problems and issues to management.
• Take direction from Supervisor and/or Lead Associate.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• Sit-down forklift experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented.
