Job Title: Shipping Auditor
Location: Hazelwood, MO
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping Auditor. As a Shipping Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:

• Audit pulled orders and verify the correct parts and quantities.
• Verify orders in the system and issue parts accordingly.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items.
• Communicate with customers via email to handle daily requests.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate order quantities.
• Accurately communicate issues with customers via email or in person.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations as needed.
• Operate various warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.

Skills:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems.
• Ability to load and unload items safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
• Ability to cross-reference multiple reports, identify discrepancies, and properly report and correct them.
