Set-up Thread Roll Operator in Brea, CA

Pay rate: $26-$36 per hour, Depending on Experience

  Available Shifts: Must be able to work daily overtime and Saturdays as needed.
  • 1st Shift: Monday to Friday for 10 hours starting at 4:00 AM and Saturdays for 8 hours, starting at 4:00 AM.
  • 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday for 10 hours and Saturdays for 8 hours, starting at 2:30 PM.
  What's a typical day as a Set-up Thread Roll Operator? You'll be:
  • Setting up and operating two thread roll machines to meet production demands.
  • Following quality and production requirements of 3V Fasteners.
  • Training operators in safety practices and quality production techniques.
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining thread roll machines.
  • Efficiently producing quality products that meet all expectations.
  • Communicating effectively with operators, supervision, and support teams.
  • Utilizing internal measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Reporting set-up and production in the K-Lite production tracking system.


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Can read and interpret blueprints.
  • Are proficient with inspection tools (Micrometer, Caliper, Drop gauges, etc.)
  • Have 5 years of related experience.
  • Preferably have experience with Waterbury, Reed, Hartford, Automatic, Handfeed machines.
  • Are able to lift approximately 50 lbs., stand for entire shifts, and work in an un air-conditioned shop environment.
  • Have visual acuity for detailed work and manual dexterity.
