Service/ Installation Technicians - Water (Great Lakes) 
Direct Hire and Contract to Hire roles available- Locations, flexible from Hemlock, Michigan towards Milwaukee.

Three Different roles:
Position One- Onsite Service/ Installation Engineer- Braceville
Service Technician - Water Treatment  (Braceville, IL)
As a Service Technician, you'll play a critical role supporting operations and maintenance of advanced water treatment systems at a primary site plus possibly other customers in a geographic area. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with new technology and are equally at home in a team or operating independently, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.

Position is Direct Hire.This position is perfect for someone in the trades not looking to travel and looking for stability!

Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
Conduct maintenance and calibration activities.
Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements.
Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the maintenance/repair of electro-mechanical equipment.
Experience with water treatment equipment a plus. Team would love to see on resumes experience with stationary equipment (boilers, chillers, etc.)   Team would love to see on resumes experience with water treatment, water treatment equipment or relevant experience in these areas.

No Travel, onsite roles with great first shift hours. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required, all trades are welcome to apply! Water treatment experience very desirable, but not required. Anyone in trades, pipe fitter etc. would fit very well!
Position is on a nuclear campus, room is outside of radiation conducting water treatment services.

Position Two- Field Service Engineer (Roamer)

As a Field Service Representative (Roamer), you will be providing operations, maintenance & repair expertise on water treatment systems at a variety of customer sites. This critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, ultrafiltration (UF), wastewater, etc. To be successful in this profession, you'll need to have strong mechanical/electrical/chemical and problem-solving skills. What you will do:-Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance
EHS (Environment Health & Safety) is always at the core of every activity and process.
Conduct maintenance and calibration activities.
Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine , pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
Consult with customer management and operation teams.
Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
Other duties as required.

Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) preferred.
Ability to travel extensively.

Please note: The Great Lakes Territory is the geography covered in this role. This includes Michigan, Northern Indiana, Northern Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. Living within the territory is required and being relatively close to the core of our business is ideal. We are currently seeking candidates in West Michigan & Illinois, though others may be considered.


Position Three- Sr. Onsite Installation/ Service Engineer, Hemlock, MI 
Sr. Field Service Technician - The Sr. Field Service Representative FSR position, Hemlock, MI, involves supporting the operations and maintenance of advanced water treatment systems at a manufacturing facility. Role is a Contract without an end date, Contract to Hire an option for the right person that has interest. This role involves installation, maintenance and system monitoring and maintenance for  equipment related to water treatment,  including: Media filtration, Softening, Reverse osmosis (RO), Ion exchange (IX), De-oxygenation, Electro deionization, Ultrafiltration (UF) and Wastewater.

Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for the role:
Operate, monitor, maintain, repair, and optimize industrial equipment performance. 
Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on various systems and equipment (Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues on equipment such as Valves, Air compressors, Ejectors, Process pumps, blowers, etc.).
Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and other site-specific tests. 
Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts. 
Create and maintain site paperwork and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed. 
Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as motors, PLCs, VFDs, valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation. 
Partner with customer management and operation teams to advise on system performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or international equivalent and 5+ years of service/maintenance experience in an industrial environment, or a Bachelor's or Associate s Degree in Science/Engineering STEM or a technical certificate in Instrumentation, Controls, or programming. 
Experience with PLC control systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting is preferred.
