Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a pivotal leader in Operations, where you will oversee and support key activities related to New Product Development and Technology Transfer. You will be instrumental in managing Operations deliverables as part of a cross-functional core team, ensuring execution under stringent design controls. You will utilize your expertise to investigate and resolve non-conformance and corrective actions, while fostering a culture of innovation and compliance with FDA, ISO, and CMD/CAS regulations. Your broad knowledge of state-of-the-art scientific principles will guide creative solutions that drive company success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Operations for molecular manufacturing products and processes.
  • Mentor and guide Scientists, Associate Scientists, and Technicians.
  • Lead and influence project teams to achieve company objectives, fostering leadership and collaboration.
  • Represent Operations in cross-functional and technical operations meetings.
  • Ensure processes and formulations are developed with manufacturability in mind.
  • Conduct design transfer activities adhering to established procedures.
  • Independently craft and execute validations, and modify manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate scientific findings effectively.
  • Adapt manufacturing specifications and elements of the Device Master Record as necessary.
  • Address internal and external customer technical issues with urgency.
  • Facilitate technical training for operators.
  • Perform tasks in alignment with Environmental Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 15+ years of experience in research, technical support, or development environments.
  • Master's degree with 10+ years or Ph.D. with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience leading root cause analysis and CAPAs.
  • Experience leading tech transfers.
  • Proficient in problem-solving across diverse scopes and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with a backbone in scientific creativity and collaborative work.
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret scientific journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Expertise in mathematical and statistical concepts for practical applications.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite.
  • Independent investigator with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Travel Requirements:
  • Domestic travel up to 10%.
