Pay Rate: $23-$25 HR
Shift: 1st - But must be flexible between the hours of 8am-5pm

What's a typical day as Contract Sales Coordinator I? You'll be:
- Coordinating the sale and delivery of products sold via company-held contracts with governmental and national account customers, from quoting equipment through delivery and invoicing.
- Administering direct purchase order processing and specific contracts, including quoting, order auditing, entry, and coordinating delivery with customers, dealers, vendors, and other company divisions.
- Assisting account managers with marketing initiatives and providing dealer and customer support with problem resolution and interpretation of policy.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous administrative experience, with a strong background in accounting, finance, or auditing.
- Are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and can navigate multiple systems effortlessly.
