Salario/Compensacion; $11 por hora. Bono de $200.00 al cumplir los 6 meses de haberse asignado y otros $200 al cumplir el año.

¿Como es un dia tipico como Representante de Servicio al Cliente/Recepcion? Estaras:
• Recibiendo y dirigiendo llamadas entrantes a traves de la central telefonica principal.
• Identificando la naturaleza de la llamada (ventas de productos, servicios tecnicos, prospectos, etc.).
• Enrutando llamadas de ventas o tecnicas al departamento correspondiente.
• Revisando perfiles de clientes en el sistema Quickbook para identificar deudas pendientes, informacion u otros problemas que requieran atencion inicial.
• Creando hojas de servicio en formato Excel/PDF para solicitudes de productos o tecnicas y enviandolas al chat designado.
• Actualizando la tabla de servicio con fines de seguimiento.
• Generando informes diarios para los departamentos de Ventas y Tecnicos.
• Ayudando al departamento de Mercadeo y Publicidad con la gestion de inventario, artes sencillas y actividades promocionales.
• Brindando apoyo en operaciones, incluyendo la creacion de ordenes de compra y la asistencia en movimientos de equipos o mercancias.
• Ayudando con actividades de ventas si es necesario.

Este trabajo podria ser perfecto para ti si:
• Tienes minimo un diploma de escuela Superior Completada
• Tienes una licencia de conducir valida en PR.
• Tienes al menos 2 años de experiencia en areas relacionadas.
• Puedes prosperar en un entorno de trabajo rapido y bajo presion.
• Tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicacion escrita y verbal.
