What's a typical day as a Customer Care Specialist? You'll be:
• Handling inbound calls from customers, researching and resolving inquiries in hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.
• Actively listening to customer concerns while resolving their issues.
• Understanding each customer's unique challenges, proactively solving them, and providing expert advice to prevent future challenges.
• Participating in special projects, assuming new responsibilities, and adjusting priorities as requested.
• Engaging in a robust paid training environment to learn the business, systems, policies, and effective customer engagement strategies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a minimum 6 months of call center experience (REQUIRED)
• Have a minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Possess excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Can adapt well to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Can think outside of the box to resolve problems.
• Can multitask using technology, including call handling, loan level review, and call documentation.
