Reconciliation Trust Account Analyst
Location: Farmington Hills, MI – Hybrid after training!
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Contract Type: Contract to Hire

Individual must have prior bank accounting experience. You will be performing reconciliation functions within DDA (demand deposit account), general ledger and Global Plus Suspense accounts. What's a typical day as a Trust Analyst? You'll be:
• Compiling, reviewing, and analyzing the department's various regulatory reports and submitting them to the appropriate authorities by established deadlines
• Completing and reviewing cash and security reconcilements, analyzing and resolving variances
• Reviewing and analyzing exception reports and taking necessary action to resolve issues
• Acting as an escalation point for customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution
• Producing and analyzing ad-hoc customer report requests
• Creating, maintaining, and updating desktop procedures and checklists
• Memo balancing and processing trust fees
• Assisting in small to medium projects as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level
• General Ledger and reconciliation experience in banking
• 3 years of banking experience
• Working with limited direction
• Verbal and written communication
• Trust experience
