What's a typical day as a Quality Layout Inspector? You'll be:
• Utilizing scales and tools for automotive component inspection, reporting to the Quality Manager.
• Testing for flatness, profile, parallelism, and associated surfaces to ensure product integrity.
• Measuring and gauging precision automotive components and inspecting finished product samples using industry-appropriate methods.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 4-6 years of experience in the Engineering & Automotive Industry, with experience in GD&T as a must-have.
• Are proficient in reading blueprints and have a solid understanding of dimensional inspection processes.
• Possess basic computer data entry skills and metric system knowledge, along with familiarity in the use of calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial gauges, and gauge blocks.
