Description

Position: Full time – Quality Coordinator
Location: St. Thomas, ON
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Job Description: The Quality Coordinator will assist with quality assurance, inventory management, and shipping and receiving of cannabis products. Key tasks include maintaining compliance with cannabis regulations and Good Production Practices (GPP), supporting inventory tracking, and ensuring proper documentation of production and shipping activities. The role also involves assisting in audits, monitoring sanitation procedures, and reviewing batch reports for quality compliance. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and support other duties such as packaging and production when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC within cannabis, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis regulations, ISO, HACCP, GMP, Good Production Practices and other quality systems
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems for inventory management and production tracking
  • Strong understanding of in the cannabis industry
  • Health Canada security clearance or PIC status preferred and a Clear criminal record check required
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience in quality assurance (preferred with GMPs)
  • Flexible and willing to support various tasks as needed
