Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:$20.57/hr

What's a typical day as a Quality Control Inspector? You'll be:
• Making boxes with appropriate labels attached
• Transferring products to the appropriate packaging using hands, packing forks, or other methods
• Inspecting products for conformance to specifications
• Utilizing gauges to check basic dimensions or other specifications
• Notifying operators or supervisors when quality problems are detected
• Discarding products not meeting specifications
• Sealing containers and placing them on skids using a box lifter
• Working in accordance with all safety rules and using safe work methods
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Preferably have 1 year of manufacturing experience, but it is not required
• Possess the ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Have basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Have manual dexterity to use both hands for packing and perform repetitive motions
• Can relate well to others and maintain effective working relationships
• Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Are reliable, have good initiative, and are committed to quality
