Pay Rate: $28-30/hour depending on experience
Great long term with potential for hire opportunity.
Location: must live in one of these areas as the position will be Hybrid position -  3 days in office and 2 remote with a premier healthcare client in Richardson, TX 

Kelly is seeking a diligent and motivated Provider Network Consultant to join our team. This position supports Network Management provider contracting business activities, ensuring the efficient receipt, review, and tracking of new provider contracts and contract amendments. The role is essential in maintaining internal communications and resolving inquiries related to contract operations, system, and data entry issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Support Network Management in provider contracting business activities.
  • Review and track downstream business functions for new provider contracts and amendments.
  • Research and resolve internal Network Management inquiries arising from contract operations, system, and data entry issues.
  • Communicate effectively with Provider Network, Provider Relations, and Government Programs staff regarding issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update provider contract agreement and amendment templates.
  • Adhere to Texas state filing regulations for all contract templates and non-standard contract documents.
  • Assist in composing and coordinating revised policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree OR 2 years of experience in the health insurance/managed care industry handling independent decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in composing responses to internal entities, creating training materials and procedures, and working across departments to resolve issues.
  • PC proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with one year of business experience.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, provider contracts, products, and Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) filing regulations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Apttus/Conga, and DocuSign applications.
