What's a typical day as a Project Manager? You'll be:
  • Facilitating the transition to EV manufacturing by managing grant services, including advisory support and capital access.
  • Leading corporate member pipelines to identify EV component demand and organizing quarterly events to showcase opportunities.
  • Developing and executing strategic project plans in collaboration with the Business Solutions Group.
  • Monitoring KPIs related to business growth, job creation, and financial investments, and preparing detailed progress reports.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across various counties to foster partnerships and drive project outcomes.
  • Evaluating strategy effectiveness and integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred).
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing sectors.
  • Possess a proven track record of managing transition projects from internal combustion engines to electric vehicle production.
  • Excel in organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Are proficient in project management software and CRM platforms like Salesforce or Monday.com.
