Kelly Services is seeking a Production Flow Coordinator for a busy Electronic Manufacturer located in West Melbourne, FL 32904.

Job Rate- $16/hr 
Shift 1st- 7am- 3:30pm
Temp to hire

Job Summary:
As a Production Flow Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the uninterrupted and efficient flow of production. Your keen awareness of time sensitivity and ability to maintain a tight schedule will be essential in protecting the continuity of work operations. You will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and managing production control activities to improve runtime, while also monitoring inventory flow and material movement. Your strong organizational skills and experience in a lean manufacturing environment will contribute to your success in this role. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure production flow is uninterrupted and unobstructed at all times
- Maintain a tight schedule and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Follow standardized processes to protect the continuity of work operations
- Continuously supply raw materials and parts, transport finished products, and remove waste
- Build positive relationships within the team and across all levels of the organization
- Alert management of any potential or ongoing issues that may arise
- Analyze, plan, and manage production control activities to improve runtime
- Review production plans and communicate risks to the Planning team and supervisors
- Monitor inventory flow and material movement to avoid shortages or excesses
- Execute change orders per the build plan
- Investigate cross-functional problems, analyze root causes, and drive for solutions
- Ensure staff follows company policies and safety procedures
- Determine equipment, material, and manpower requirements for each job order
- Monitor job order execution and adjust production schedule for timely delivery
- Develop positive relationships with staff and customers to meet productivity goals
- Assist in resolving bottlenecks and line down situations
- Negotiate job orders with the planning team based on capacity and availability
- Collaborate closely with the planning team to identify and resolve production flow and planning problems
- Report daily build information against the plan to the Program Planner

Qualifications & Skills:
- Production experience a plus
- Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus
- Experience in a lean manufacturing environment is desired
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team
- Self-motivated and independent to drive tasks forward
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning/using computer software as required
- Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
- detail oriented, ability to move quickly on production floor, line to line
