Location: Fletcher, NC
Company: Kelly Services in partnership with Meritor
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM)
Pay Range: $25-$35/hr (depending on experience)- 6 month contract with potential for an extension or full time position.

What You'll Do: As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operations across multiple sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Championing Excellence: Leverage your knowledge of Operations Excellence principles to guide teams towards our goal of world-class manufacturing.
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Utilize cutting-edge continuous improvement tools to enhance our manufacturing standards and processes.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with business and functional leaders to identify real issues, seize opportunities, and lead impactful improvement initiatives.
• Innovating Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle manufacturing challenges and develop effective solutions that drive measurable results.
• Mentoring and Coaching: Share your expertise with colleagues to build a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the plant.

 
What We're Looking For: This role may be a perfect fit if you have:

• A college degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Some experience in manufacturing or a related field; leadership experience is a plus!
• A passion for process improvement and a desire to drive change.
