Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Powder Coater for a leading manufacturer in Lyons, NY. If you have industrial painting, finishing, or coating experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Details:
•    Pay: $17.50 - $22.00/hr (based on experience)
•    Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Overtime: Up to 1 hour per shift as needed

•   Employment Type: Full-time- Uniforms Provided

Job Summary:
The Powder Coater is responsible for applying powder coatings to metal parts, ensuring high-quality finishes while following safety and production guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Apply powder coatings while wearing a face respirator
•    Assist with racking, packaging, and pre-treatment wash booth operations (PPE required)
•    Operate forklifts, cranes, power drills, sanders, and pressure washers
•    Maintain quality standards and workplace safety
•    Perform additional shop tasks as needed

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    1+ year of finishing, factory, or production experience preferred
•    Strong hand-eye coordination & ability to lift 50 lbs
•    Ability to stand/sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
•    Reliable transportation & valid NYS driver's license

Additional Requirements:
•    Steel-toe boots required
•    Change of clothes required before leaving (OSHA safety guidelines)
•    No shorts – long pants required
