Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay Rate: $22.75-$23.50 depending on shift
• Location: Chippewa Falls, WI
• Shift: 2nd Shift | 3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday, 3rd Shift | 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday

Roles and Responsibilities

• Use hand tools for setup, operation, troubleshooting, and dismantling of extrusion lines.
• Mix materials and document their configuration using precise measurement tools.
• Operate fabrication machinery such as saws, drills, and routers.
• Efficiently package and palletize finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and handle processing activities effectively on the line.
• Uphold punctuality and be flexible for overtime work.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong capabilities in math, mechanical functions, troubleshooting, and solving problems.
• Proficiency in reading documentation and utilizing precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with hand tools like wrenches and pliers.
• Ability to adapt and manage oneself in a rapidly changing environment.
