Kelly Government Solutions is currently recruiting for a BC/BE Physician with experience in FP and GYN. Should be comfortable performing pelvic exams (no deliveries). The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting with no inpatient care responsibilities.

Qualifications:
•    Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care.
•    A demonstrated ability to work effectively with a large, diverse, and dedicated patient care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage chronic conditions and evaluate/treat inter-current medical conditions.
• Collaborate with a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) to deliver accessible, comprehensive, coordinated, and continuous care to an assigned panel of patients.
• Perform disease prevention activities including gender/age-specific screenings, mental health screenings, and health promotion activities.
• Screen, evaluate, and treat uncomplicated mental health disorders, including depression and common addictions, making referrals for further evaluation/treatment as needed.
• Supervise or collaborate with primary care mid-level providers.
• Provide clinical oversight and participate in peer reviews through periodic chart reviews.
• Serve as surrogates for absent primary care providers, including reviewing CPRS view alerts.
• Attend primary care staff, departmental, and medical staff meetings regularly.
• Ensure timely documentation (notes and encounter forms) according to facility policy and complete all administrative work promptly.
• Address clinical reminders as medically appropriate and maintain professional standards of care at all times.

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, M-F
Locations: Various VAMC and CBOCs located between Green Bay and Milwaukee.
Salary: $250,000 – $255,000
