Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join our team at Cummins Power Generation in Fridley, MN.  We have Order Picker/Forklift Operator positions available on 1st and 2nd shift Monday-Friday.

Positions start at $20 per hour with an opportunity to earn a $500 Bonus! Apply for more details. 

  • 1st shift: $20.00 / hour
    • Mon-Fri 7am-3pm (Start time of 5am on OT days)
  • 2nd shift: $21.60 / hour
    • Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm (End time of 1am on OT days)
 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires at least 1 year of Forklift and Order Picker operating experience (do not need to be certified)
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs; bending, squatting, kneeling, walking and standing in a warehouse environment 
  • Ability to work from heights - will be operating equipment needing to be raised to pick and pull from multi-level racking that can be up to a height of 30 feet
 

What's a typical day as an Order Picker/Forklift Operator? You'll be:

  • Driving a Forklift and other Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) such as an Order/Cherry Picker, Reach Forklift, Sit-down/Stand-up Forklift, Mule Cart, Turret Forklift
  • Receiving, stocking, storing, handling and labeling goods and materials in a warehouse environment
  • Picking, filling, and preparing orders in an accurate, thorough and efficient manner
  • Inspecting merchandise, checking for shortages, and damaged goods
