What's a typical day as Production Technician II? You'll be:
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of urethane molding equipment while adhering to a production schedule.
• Ensuring product quality and maximizing machine uptime by troubleshooting basic process disruptions and quality issues.
• Communicating effectively with the Operations Manager regarding production status and any issues that arise.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in a manufacturing setting being a must.
• Possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions accurately.
• Are knowledgeable in blending resins and curatives according to compound formulas, as well as familiar with inspection tools such as durometers, calipers, and thermometers.
