What's a typical day as a  Meat Repacker You'll be:

• Responsible for packing / repacking meat products.
• Measures, weighs, and counts products and material
• Assembles, lines, and pads cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools
• Cleans containers, materials, supplies, or work area using cleaning solutions and hand tools
• Examines and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met
• Loads materials and meat products into package processing equipment, marks and labels containers, container tags, or products using marking tools
• Obtains, moves, and sorts products, materials, containers, and orders using hand tools
• Places and/or pours products or materials into containers using hand tools and equipment, or fills containers from spouts or chutes
• Records product, packaging and order information on specified forms and records
• Removes completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas such as loading docks
• Seals containers or materials, using glues, fasteners, nails, and hand tools
