This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire! 

Shift:

• Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

Salary as a Market Manager:

• $75k-$85k (based on experience)

Position Information:
The Market Manager is responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of operational sites within their designated market(s), ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs). The role involves overseeing daily operations, & tracking progress against targets driving continuous improvement to optimize efficiency and performance across all sites.

• Market Performance Management: Manage and monitor the performance of operational sites, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business targets.
•  KPI Reporting: Report regularly on market performance, providing insights into progress against key performance targets.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure all sites operate efficiently, meet business goals, and adhere to policies and standards.
• Vendor & Resource Management: Coordinate with vendors (IT Network) and resource partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall market performance.

What kind of experience do you need to succeed?:

• Experience: An experienced operational analytics professional with at least 6+ years of experience managing performance in an operational setting, with a focus on KPI management and driving results.
• KPI Management: Proven experience in managing and reporting KPIs, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Travel: Able to travel to different sites
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Leadership: A proactive individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing teams
