Description

We're seeking multiple candidates for production roles to work at a premier semiconductor business in Boise, ID. 
 
Hiring for multiple production and manufacturing support roles to include:  
Fit Up Production Technician, Plastic Fabricator, Electrical Fit-Up Technician
 
Pay Rate & Shift: 
Pay: $18-22/hour (based on shift and position)
Shift: Day 6:00am - 2:30pm  M-F

Tasks and Responsibilities: (varies by position)
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Understands fractions and decimals and be able to convert both.
Able to assist with construction of systems.
Able to read and understand basic blueprints.
Able to construct components of system with guidance.
Must be mechanically inclined.
Can read and follow instruction procedures.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in the electrical/controls department and how to safely use them.
Understands the proper use and risk/hazard factor of each tool used.
Able to follow a basic electrical ladder with assistance.
Able to follow a basic P&ID with assistance.
Must be able to mount electrical components with supervision.
Able to assist with layout and mounting of high and low voltage panels.
Able to assist with wiring of electrical components.
Ability to explain high voltage/low voltage separation theory.
Ability to identify different wire and connector sizes.
Available to work 40+ hours a week including weekends as needed.
Must be able to lift 40Lbs, bend, kneel, stand for 8 hours or more a day.
Must be able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train in other departments.
 
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and move material. The employee frequently is required to walk, bend, lift and use arms, hands and fingers to reach, lift, handle, and feel products. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move products up to 50 pounds.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
