Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Vaccine Manufacturing Support Technician for a direct-hire (permanent) position at a pharmaceutical client in Lenexa, KS. Details:
- Position: Full-time, Direct Hire
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Paid Time Off
- Current Schedule: Monday- Friday for all roles in the division, with weekend work every 4-5 weeks. New hires are incorporated into rotating weekend schedule once trained.
- Dock schedule: 6AM-230 PM
- Kitchen schedule: 7AM-330 PM
- Nitro schedule: 9AM-530 PM
-Schedule: Multiple schedules available, schedules do include occasional weekend work
- Pay: $21/hour to start, with opportunities for career growth and shift differentials on weekends
Responsibilities:
- Follow manufacturing processes and regulatory guidelines (USDA, OSHA).
- Manage inventory, ensuring FIFO and proper disposal of expired items.
- Ensure QA release of incoming raw materials.
- Order materials, perform cycle counts, and manage stocks.
- Thaw frozen materials, prepare labels, and maintain production records.
- Monitor temperatures in storage areas and document findings.
- Conduct visual inspections of final products and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED are required.
- Preferred: Experience in lab or manufacturing settings.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, and handle physical demands (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, varied temperatures).
