$16/hour

What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be:
• Responsible for the set-up of the slitter for scheduled production runs and off-line slitting, including necessary mechanical adjustments.
• Monitoring web quality throughout the production run and ensuring all documentation and record-keeping are accurate.
• Packaging and labeling orders while maintaining communication with the winder operator, carding operator, and shift foremen regarding production status and any related issues.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and motivation, with a keen awareness of safety protocols.
• Possess mechanical and mathematical abilities essential for operating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Can work under general supervision, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Have previous machine operating or manufacturing experience.
