Job Title:  Logistic Coordinator
Location:  Elk Grove, IL
Pay:
  22.00/hr. - $24.00        1st shift    9:00 am - 5:30 pm  M-F

Responsibilities

• Handling all daily Air import shipments from pre-alert until invoicing
• Providing expert advise to clients regarding logistic processes, documentation.
• Arranging pick up of cargo and delivery of cargo to final destination;
• Preparing and / or processing Delivery Orders and Arrival Notices;
• Preparing and / or processing sending advance notifications of shipments or other documents to brokers, agents or consignees as required;
• Communicating with all external and internal partners as well as customers to ensure smooth transport arrangement;
•  
• Tracking and tracing of shipments,
• Freight forwarding, Bill of lading, and scheduling deliveries.
• Customer Service
• Phone interaction, tracking shipments, entry receives, validates, updates data using AS400, will train on the system as well.
