Inside Sales Specialist (Remote)
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) for a full-time, direct-hire position at a leading pharmaceutical company. $70,0000 - $75,000 annually with an incentive compensation plan of $28,000 annually

Overview
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company known for its innovative products.
In this role, you'll provide professional sales support and service to prescribing Health Care Providers (HCPs) who are located in territories without direct sales representatives. The primary goal is to rebuild utilization among patients and grow prescriptions within these practices.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to a select list of HCP targets across the US.
  • Establish and maintain communication with HCPs and their support staff to ensure they are up-to-date on product information and Patient Support Programs.
  • Deliver follow-up emails and/or faxes following telephonic communication with HCP/prescribers.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a database of contacts, sales calls, and related conversations in Veeva (Customer Relations Database).
  • Facilitate orders of Patient Support Materials on an as-needed basis.
  • Provide detailed information on the products according to FDA-approved product labels, address product questions, and facilitate medical information requests as appropriate.
  • Conduct virtual Lunch-and-Learn (LNL) sessions with major HCP targets.
  • May attend local and national trade shows as required.
  • Manage business expenses via Concur.
 
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Inside sales, tele-sales, contact center, customer service, pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred, preferably in the Gastroenterology disease state or 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited college or university required.
  • Ability to travel if requested.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with performance accountability.
  • Self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and selling certifications are dependent upon passing required exams.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to examine business environment, interpret territory analytics, and team insights to assess business opportunities and drive sales results.
  • Ability to learn, apply, and grow disease state knowledge.
  • Strong and effective presentation and communication skills across multiple channels (phone, fax, email, and virtual engagement platforms).
  • Experience in building long-term relationships and establishing value.
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and experience entering information into Veeva.
  • Ability to process high call volume and learn quickly.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to variability among HCP office processes and procedures to gain prescriber access.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely.
