Description

Kelly is looking for Direct Hire Industrial Maintenance Tech. to work at a premier client in Tolleson, AZ.  

 Pay Rate: $29.00 – $32.00 DOE. + $2.00 shift differential.
Schedules are: 3 on 4 off and 4 on – 3 off.
1st Shift: 5:45am to 6pm
2nd Shift: 5:45pm to 6am - 
 
 Job Duties:
• Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of machinery, equipment, and  to identify potential issues and prevent breakdown.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to minimize downtime.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and prioritizing tasks based on urgency and severity.
• Utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Documenting maintenance activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades.
 
Qualifications:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Have proven experience in maintenance, repair, or facilities management, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.
• Possess proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Have effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and communicate maintenance updates or issues.
• Have the physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, lift objects, and work in various environmental conditions.
