Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

 West Bridgewater, MA |  Full-Time, Permanent
 $24–$26/hour (based on shift) |  Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
Training Required on 1st Shift for 2–6 Weeks

We have Day and Overnight schedules available 
6AM-6PM OR 6PM-6AM

Join a leading manufacturer in the food and beverage packaging industry, known for innovation, sustainability, and a strong commitment to quality. We're looking for Industrial Maintenance Mechanics who are ready to grow their skills, take initiative, and keep things running smoothly on the production floor.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

  • Assist with machine changeovers to support efficient production.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime.

  • Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Lead and production teams.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

What You Bring:
  • Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance experience.

  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

  • Familiarity with PLCs and heat sealing equipment is a plus.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to train on 1st shift before transitioning to regular schedule.
